Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in large-scale software development.
• 5+ years solution architecture or system design experience.
• 5+ years building large-scale microservices/APIs using Node.js.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with GCP and AWS (serverless, event-driven, AI/ML, CI/CD).
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and RAG architectures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drives the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex healthcare problems.
• Collaborates with data scientists, clinicians, and IT professionals to understand requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Interfaces with stakeholders to define performance metrics and evaluation methodologies for ML models.
• Designs and implements scalable ML systems including data pipelines, preprocessing, and model training.
• Advises on optimization of data pipelines, model training, and infrastructure for efficiency and scalability.
• Communicates findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and promotes responsible AI practices.
• Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards in ML engineering.
• Manages team performance through feedback and formal reviews.
• Keeps up-to-date with AI advancements to enhance healthcare applications.
