A leading, fully integrated healthcare system has an opening for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design and deliver innovative AI solutions that improve healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency. This role focuses on developing scalable predictive, generative, and agentic AI applications while partnering with cross-functional teams to solve complex clinical and business challenges. Will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML platforms and applications and build scalable cloud-based AI solutions using modern MLOps and LLMOps practices. Develop, deploy, and monitor machine learning and generative AI models in production. Drive technical architecture, engineering best practices, and AI governance. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions. Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of AI systems. Mentor team members and foster a collaborative engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting AI/ML platforms and solutions.
• Must have Healthcare industry experience, particularly with provider organizations and clinical data platforms (e.g., Epic).
• Strong experience developing and deploying machine learning models, including NLP and deep learning solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, Snowflake, H2O.ai, and similar AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and LLMOps.
• Experience automating ML pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
