Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a GFCO Program Manager (L6) to lead one or more complex compliance programs end-to-end across global operations. You will own strategy, roadmaps, and governance, and drive alignment with Directors and external partners.

Expect autonomy and a strong focus on regulatory outcomes. You will translate regulatory obligations into actionable plans, manage risks, and ensure readiness for launches, while delivering cost-efficient automation and continuous improvement across the GFCO

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of program or project management experience, with strong regulatory exposure.
• Proven ability to drive large multi-stakeholder programs in regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT program operations and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for one or more GFCO areas.
• Develop and drive program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across 5+ teams and external partners.
• Translate regulatory obligations into actionable program strategies using Eliminate Optimize Automate.
• Own launch readiness for new products, jurisdictions, and entity expansions.
