Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a GFCO Program Manager (L6) to own end-to-end compliance programs across multiple teams, including SAM, EDD, and complaints. The role requires autonomy, stakeholder alignment at Director+ level, and leading programs spanning 5+ cross-functional groups.

You will craft charters, roadmaps, and governance for complex programs, map AML obligations to tooling, and ensure launch readiness for new jurisdictions. Strong communication and strategy skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience, with 3+ years in financial crimes compliance or a related regulatory domain.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs in a regulated environment with minimal guidance.
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT program operations and the technology landscape that supports them (e.g., TMS, CMS).
• Strong strategy and storytelling skills with ability to create clarity through charters, roadmaps, and decision documents for Director+ audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for one or more complex GFCO compliance program areas.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across 5+ XFN teams and drive alignment at the Director+ level.
• Translate regulatory obligations and model performance signals into actionable program strategies.
• Own launch readiness for new products, jurisdictions, and entity expansions with AML obligation mapping and tooling updates.
• Proactively identify and resolve program risks and manage priorities with transparent trade-off recommendations.
