GovCIO is hiring a remote Business Analyst (Federal Grants & eRA Systems) to support EPA initiatives. The role focuses on documenting requirements, roles, and workflows for grant systems and across the grant lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with eRA/GrantSolutions in a federal context, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid-remote environment. EPA programs are involved in this position.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of business analysis experience or commensurate experience.
• Ability to support implementations, migrations, or modernizations of eRA or GrantSolutions in a federal setting.

Mansioni

• Master all aspects of User Roles and Use Cases for the EPA Next Generation Grant System.
• Support testing activities (UAT, DR exercises) and coordinate with implementation teams.
• Analyze as-is and to-be business processes across the federal grant lifecycle.
• Identify regulatory gaps and opportunities for workflow automation.
• Prepare gap analyses and recommendations for migrating to Be State.
