Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ETL Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale data integration solutions supporting BI, analytics, and cloud modernization. This remote, full-time role focuses on high-performance ETL pipelines ingesting data from diverse sources into data warehouses and cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with data architects, engineers, and BI teams to implement CDC/SCD, ensure data quality and governance, and optimize performance with SQL

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional experience developing enterprise ETL solutions.
• Hands-on experience with major ETL platforms (Informatica, SSIS, Talend, DataStage, Pentaho).
• Advanced SQL development across SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or Teradata.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with CDC, SCD Type 1 & 2, and incremental loading.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Google Cloud Data Fusion).
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Shell for ETL automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and devops practices for data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Build data ingestion workflows from databases, cloud apps, APIs, files.
• Develop transformation logic for cleansing and enriching data.
• Design batch and near real-time data processing for reporting.
• Implement SCD, CDC, and incremental loading strategies.
• Create reusable ETL frameworks and metadata-driven workflows.
• Perform data profiling, mapping, and quality analysis.
• Tune SQL queries, partitioning, indexing, and parallel processing.
• Monitor workflows and implement recovery and alerting.
• Collaborate with cloud engineers to migrate ETL to Azure/AWS.
• Participate in data architecture and deployment planning.
• Ensure data security, governance, and regulatory compliance.
