BCD Travel is seeking a Data Warehouse Engineer II to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions in a remote, US-based role. You will own end-to-end data pipelines, cloud platforms, and analytics-ready data structures to support business intelligence across the enterprise.

In this role, you will work with product owners and analytics teams to deliver reliable data solutions from development through production, implement performance tuning, and ensure data quality while operating in AWS

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Extensive experience in data engineering or data warehousing.
• Strong experience designing and developing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure data services.
• Advanced SQL development skills including query optimization and performance tuning.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable data architectures and ensure clean data flow into the enterprise data warehouse.
• Design and manage cloud-based data platforms and data models; optimize query performance.
• Build large, complex datasets meeting business requirements.
• Develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to enable reporting and insights.
• Provide guidance on best practices for data assets and pipelines.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data platforms for reliability and cost efficiency.
• Support data solution delivery across development, UAT, and production environments.
• Partner with product owners to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
