Job summary
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ETL Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-scale data integration solutions supporting BI, analytics, regulatory reporting, and cloud modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities include building high-performance ETL pipelines, collaborating with data architects, cloud engineers, and BI developers, and ensuring trusted data across the organization.
Qualifications
- Five+ years of professional experience developing enterprise ETL solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with ETL platforms (Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, Talend, IBM DataStage, Pentaho).
- Advanced SQL development skills across SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or Teradata.
- Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schema).
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Google Cloud Data Fusion).
- Experience with Python or scripting for ETL automation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data integration.
- Build scalable data ingestion workflows from relational databases, cloud apps, APIs, files, and enterprise systems.
- Develop transformation logic for cleansing, standardizing, validating, and enriching data.
- Monitor and optimize batch and near real-time data processing for reporting and analytics.
