Job summary

Diasorin is a global leader in immunodiagnostic and molecular diagnostics, seeking a seasoned BI Architect to own the enterprise data and analytics strategy across North America. This remote U.S. role partners with IT and business leaders to design scalable data models, governance, and reporting standards.

The position focuses on dashboard ownership, analytics modernization, and data maturity initiatives, with long-term ERP transformation involvement and enterprise-wide data alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in BI, Data Architecture, Analytics Engineering, or Enterprise Data Management roles.
• 5+ years in a senior or lead architecture capacity within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale BI and data solutions.
• Experience implementing or supporting ERP transformation or enterprise systems modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise BI and analytics architecture strategy.
• Design scalable data models, semantic layers, reporting frameworks, and governance structures.
• Establish standards for data integration, transformation, reporting, and analytics delivery.
• Lead modernization efforts across reporting and analytics platforms.
• Develop long-term architectural roadmaps aligned with organizational growth and ERP transformation objectives.
• Serve as the organization’s SME for enterprise analytics architecture and data strategy.
• Establish enterprise standards for data quality, lineage, governance, stewardship, and documentation.
• Operate within SDLC best practices for analytics, reporting, and data engineering workflows.
• Support ERP consolidation and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Partner with leadership, operations, finance, commercial teams, and IT leadership.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
