Job summary

Massive Rocket in San Francisco is seeking a Senior CRM Consultant to drive high-impact CRM programmes across email, SMS, push, content cards, WhatsApp and more. You’ll work with clients, CRM Strategists, PMs, and technical teams to translate strategic objectives into flawlessly executed campaigns using Braze and related platforms.

You’ll lead campaign execution, data analysis, QA, and performance reporting, ensuring delivery quality and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement.
• Proven multi-channel CRM campaign delivery across email, SMS, push, and more.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of CRM campaigns across Braze
• Configure Braze to implement journeys, and campaigns
• Build, launch, and optimise targeted campaigns using segmentation and personalisation
• Collaborate with CRM Strategists, Project Managers, and clients to align strategy and execution
• Manage and analyse customer data to support campaign performance and audience targeting
• Conduct QA across campaigns, integrations, and documentation for delivery quality
• Monitor campaign performance and create reports with insights and recommendations
• Serve as a trusted client partner translating business requirements into CRM solutions
• Stay current with Braze capabilities and industry best practices
• Support continuous improvement across delivery processes and platform utilisation
