Centene Corporation is seeking a Compliance Manager who leads complex compliance projects from planning through reporting. The role mentors staff, collaborates across departments, and ensures corrective action plans are completed timely, with strong focus on Medicaid, OIG and CMS requirements.

You will work remotely from anywhere in the Continental United States and interact with senior leadership and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in compliance/auditing preferred.
• 3+ years in State or Federal Managed Care Programs required.
• 1+ year of reading, analyzing, and interpreting State and Federal laws, rules and regulations required.

Responsabilités

• Provides work guidance, direction and mentoring to department associates.
• Collaborates with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for research and resolution.
• Promotes awareness of the Corporate Ethics and Compliance Program and the importance of internal audits.
• Works with Corporate Compliance management on status of projects and deliverables.
• Provides independent appraisals and observations of business processes, controls and compliance.
