Job summary

Centene Corp. in the United States seeks a Senior Compliance/Auditing professional to lead and perform compliance projects from planning through reporting, review staff work, and mentor junior specialists.

The role partners with management, in-house counsel, and external auditors to enforce Medicaid, OIG and CMS requirements, tracks corrective actions, and prepares regular reports to senior leadership. It offers benefits including health insurance, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and flexible work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Compliance/Auditing.
• 3+ years of experience with State or Federal Managed Care Programs.
• 1+ year reading, analyzing, and interpreting State and Federal laws, rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance projects from planning through reporting.
• Review staff work and mentor junior specialists.
• Collaborate with management, in-house counsel, and VP Corporate Compliance to resolve issues.
• Educate and promote awareness of the Corporate Ethics and Compliance Program.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide independent appraisals of controls and processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to Sr. Management and the Board.
