Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years Managed Care/Health Insurance experience.
• 2+ years of project oversight experience.
• 2+ years Reading, analyzing, and interpreting state and federal laws.
• 2+ years State Medicaid or government-sponsored healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

• Promotes contract compliance and integrity through oversight of government-sponsored programs.
• Oversees contract lifecycle from drafting to finalization, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
• Conducts reviews, audits, and assessments of vendor relationships for compliance.
• Collaborates with business owners and vendors to drive process improvements and ensure compliance.
• Leads timely communication of state and federal regulatory updates impacting Medicaid and Marketplace filings.
• Prepares, organizes, and packages subcontractor files for approval/notification.
• Partners with internal departments and subcontractors to route compliance concerns for investigation and resolution.
• Supports regulatory notifications and documentation of approvals/notifications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
