Qualifications

• 6+ years of claims experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a Casualty claims role within P&C insurance with at least 1 year in a Sr. Casualty or complex / litigation role.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex auto liability and litigation claims from intake to resolution.
• Provide input to defense counsel and negotiate settlements with authority.
• Assess coverage issues and advise customers on proper action.
• Direct defense counsel and manage fees and costs for reasonableness.
• Present cases in executive summaries and negotiate settlements up to authority limits.
