Mobilitas is hiring a Commercial Casualty Litigation Adjuster for a fully remote role available across the United States (Colorado included). You will manage complex auto liability and litigated claims, coordinate with defense counsel, and determine coverage while balancing costs and indemnity.

Formación

• 6+ years of claims experience.
• 3+ years in a Casualty claims role within P&C insurance with a minimum of 1 year in a Sr. Casualty role or equivalent.
• BA/BS in business, insurance or related area, or equivalent education/experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Owns claims as the owning adjuster when injury exposure is identified.
• Handles complex auto liability cases including litigated matters.
• Manages, investigates, and negotiates claims with input from defense counsel.
• Makes coverage determinations and advises customers on proper actions.
• Supervises defense costs and indemnity; mentors and coaches other adjusters.
