Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a collections professional to manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process for assigned customers in a country-wide remote role. You will research disputes, develop payment plans, and build strong relationships with customers and internal partners to optimize cash flow.

The role requires 2-4 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. You will collaborate across functions and present findings to stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 2-4 years of experience, preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Collect outstanding accounts receivable, research disputes, and develop payment plans with customers.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Work directly with Service Leader for designated accounts as single point of contact.
• Prepare and report open accounts receivable balances for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with all levels internally and externally.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations, communicating with stakeholders.
