Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Project Manager CNS to lead Phase I–IV clinical trials with global reach. You will own study delivery from start-up to closeout, guiding timelines, quality, and budgets while serving as the main client contact.

In this remote role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, manage risk and finances, and drive continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with ICH, GCP, and regulatory standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience with clinical project management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary, cross-functional project teams in CNS clinical research.
• Strong understanding of PM principles: scope, timelines, quality, resources, cost management.
• Solid financial acumen including budgeting experience.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH, GCP, and regulatory standards governing clinical development.
• Experience using project management software and strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver Phase I-IV clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
• Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and risk management to meet timeline, quality, and budget objectives.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Manage project resources, identify gaps, and develop contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Monitor project financial performance and contribute to meeting revenue and budget targets.
• Facilitate collaboration, resolve conflicts, and promote effective teamwork across global project teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements, client expectations, and applicable standards.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality across projects.
