Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Clinical Project Manager, CNS to lead and oversee CNS clinical research programs across Phase I–IV, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive development milestones.

The role requires 8+ years in clinical research or project management with expertise in GCP/ICH and FDA regulations, and experience with CTMS/EDC tools. You will manage budgets, timelines, CRO relationships, and ensure inspection readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in clinical research or clinical project management.
• Experience in CNS trials including neurology/psychiatry is required.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and oversight of Phase I–IV CNS trials across multiple sites.
• Manage study timelines, budgets, resources, and CRO/vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, regulatory affairs, data management, biostatistics, and medical affairs.
• Monitor study progress and mitigate risks to maintain timelines.
• Prepare updates and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Support inspection readiness and audit preparation.
