Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager CNS to lead Phase I–IV trials from start-up to closeout. You will own delivery, manage timelines, budgets, and quality, and serve as the primary client contact across cross‑functional teams.

This remote role is open to candidates in Central or Eastern Europe with travel as needed. You will coordinate with vendors and partners, ensure regulatory compliance, foster strong client relations, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical pharma industry experience with demonstrated clinical project management.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary cross-functional project teams and CNS clinical research projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles: scope, timelines, quality, resources, and cost management.
• Fluent in English; willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver Phase I–IV trials from start-up through closeout.
• Drive planning, execution, tracking, and risk management to meet timeline, quality, and budget objectives.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and subcontractors for seamless execution.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage project resources, identify gaps, and develop contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Monitor financial performance and contribute to revenue and budget targets.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
