Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Senior Project Manager CNS to drive Phase I‑IV trials from start‑up to closeout. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and serve as the key client contact to ensure satisfaction across global stakeholders.

In this remote role, you will apply strong PM and clinical trial knowledge, ensure GCP/ICH compliance, and foster continuous improvement while traveling as needed to support project needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in clinical pharmaceutical industry with proven project management in CNS trials.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary cross-functional teams and CNS projects.
• Strong understanding of PM principles, scope, timelines, quality, resources, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver Phase I-IV trials from start-up through closeout.
• Drive planning, execution, tracking, and risk management to meet timelines, quality and budget.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners and subcontractors for seamless execution.
• Serve as primary client contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor project financials and contribute to meeting revenue and budget targets.
• Facilitate collaboration, resolve conflicts, and promote effective teamwork across global teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements and applicable clinical standards.
