Kindling is seeking a senior Client Engagement Manager to own the full client journey for a portfolio of six-month managed services engagements. You will guide discovery, program design, advocate recruitment, day-to-day delivery, and executive reporting with a focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in B2B client services or related field.
• Experience owning complex client accounts with executive communication.
• Strong English communication; comfortable with workshops.
• Proven ability to drive program strategy and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Be the delivery owner for your clients, managing relationships and outcomes.
• Lead discovery, design, recruitment, and ongoing program delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and legal.
• Oversee compliance, disclosures, and content authenticity.
• Track program health and produce executive reporting.
