Job summary

Point B is seeking a Senior Manager to lead complex client engagements, guiding multi‑workstream programs from strategy to delivery. The role involves business development, risk management, and mentoring junior staff while delivering high‑quality client outcomes.

The candidate should have substantial consulting experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of technology-enabled transformations, with the ability to work onsite and remotely across engagements.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree required
• 12+ years of experience developing software solutions and consulting
• Experience leading complex engagements and managing multi-stream programs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with technology implementations and PMO
• Cross‑industry experience or deep experience in a strategic vertical

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross‑functional engagements for clients
• Oversee lifecycle from strategy through execution and delivery
• Develop program structures, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies and guide decision making
• Support business development and proposals with technical input
• Mentor and coach team members and drive career development
• Build client partnerships and deliver high-quality outcomes
