Honeywell is seeking a Senior Remote Services Engineer (Finance) to join the Global Remote Buildings Operation Team in Independence, OH. You will provide 24/7 remote engineering support to Honeywell Connected Sites worldwide, resolve issues per SLA, and escalate as needed.

You will work on a shift-based schedule from the Independence, OH location, driving energy savings and continuous improvement in product quality and service offerings while mentoring Level 1 operators and collaborating with

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Maintenance, Repair, Installation & Operation of Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working on Building Energy Management Systems.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with customers in person or over the phone.
• Ability to work a 24/7 shift pattern.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical assistance for global multi-brand contracted customers.
• Coordinate with Team Lead when interactions exceed contract requirements.
• Manage global customer requests with varying expertise levels.
• Perform fault finding on building service plant equipment and systems.
• Liaise with third-party providers on non-BEMS issues to improve service.
• Represent issues from Field Service and customer sites at technical forums.
• Drive energy savings by applying BEMS expertise.
• Work with Field Service Account Handlers to resolve queries.
• Ensure targets and KPIs are met by the team and individuals.
• Document workflows for repetitive customer activities.
