Qualifications

• 5–10 years of residential remodeling estimating experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Proficient in preparing estimates at multiple stages.
• Ability to review architectural drawings and specifications.
• Experience in performing quantity takeoffs is preferred.
