Deluxe Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Processing Specialist IV to manage day-to-day deposit and transmission reconciliation, perform data entry, and balance accounts. You will back up the Lead when unavailable and ensure accurate processing in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work independently or with colleagues. Shift: 2nd, M-F, 3:00pm-11:30pm; benefits from day one and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience.
• Strong hand/eye coordination and detail orientation.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime and/or off shifts.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute control processes to ensure client work is deposited and transmitted.
• Perform QC checks to assure quality and process adherence.
• Handle data entry tasks including rejects, reconciliation and balancing of deposits and transmissions.
• Act as a backup to Lead when they are not available for work assignment or delegation.
• Communicate with clients regarding work in progress or completed work to ensure satisfaction.

The focus of the position is to perform the day to day functions of deposit/transmission reconciliation and balancing, as well as the research/resolution of non-conforming images. Acts as a back-up to the Lead in their absence.Processing Specialist IV has expert level knowledge in Data Entry or Operator functions or a combination of both. Can perform functions associated with Processing Specialist I, II & III in Data Entry and Operator roles.Data Entry: Handles advanced back-end functions including rejects, reconciliation and balancing of deposits, file creation and transmissions. Follows complex balancing instructions and uses independent thinking to make data driven decisions.
