Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Remediation Project Manager to lead complex, multimillion-dollar projects for industrial and government clients.

You will assemble and manage project teams, control scope, schedule, and budget, and engage internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and subcontractors. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in remedial consulting, 10+ years in project management, and a PE/P.G./LSRP or equivalent registration preferred.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, geology, or environmental-related field from an accredited university.
• Fifteen+ years of remedial consulting experience across soil, groundwater, sediments, surface water and vapor intrusion.
• Ten+ years of project management experience on remedial and environmental projects.
• Knowledge of state and Federal regulations and regulatory interfaces.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.), Professional Geologist (P.G.), LSRP or similar registration preferred.
• Ability to develop, negotiate and lead regulatory and closure strategies.
• Ability to lead teams on technically complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams, communicating scope, schedule and budget requirements clearly.
• Lead large, complex projects with multiple subcontractors and internal staff.
• Identify and foster project management talent and mentorship.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure quality and safety metrics.
• Align stakeholders to maximize outcomes and maintain client satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage proposals, including costing and profitability planning.
