You will assemble project teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and deliver on Weston’s commitments while building trust with stakeholders, including regulators, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. The role requires 15+ years in remedial consulting, 10+ years managing projects, and strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/environmental engineering or geology or environmental-related degree.
• 15+ years of remedial consulting experience (soil, groundwater, sediment, water, vapor intrusion).
• 10+ years of project management on remedial or environmental projects.
• Knowledge of state and Federal regulations and regulatory interfaces.
• Professional Engineer, Professional Geologist, LSRP or similar registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multimillion remediation projects for industrial and government clients.
• Assemble project teams and manage scope, schedule and budget to meet commitments.
• Engage stakeholders including clients, regulators, subcontractors, and vendors to build trust.
• Mentor and develop PM staff and drive project profitability and quality.
• Communicate project status and changes to clients and team; ensure H&S compliance.
