Weston Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Remediation Project Manager to lead multimillion-dollar projects for Industrial and Government clients. You will assemble project teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and engage stakeholders to build trust with clients, regulators, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or geology from an accredited university.
• Fifteen (15) or more years in remedial consulting including soil, groundwater, sediment, water, vapor intrusion.
• Ten (10) or more years of project management on remedial/environmental projects.
• Knowledge of state and Federal regulations; ability to interface with regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manages project teams with clear expectations for requirements, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Leads large, complex projects with multiple subcontractors and internal team members.
• Mentors junior project managers and develops talent within the team.
• Ensures project profitability and metrics while maintaining quality and H&S standards.
• Communicates with clients and stakeholders to align expectations and outcomes.
