Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Team Lead for Relocation Project Management. The role oversees a distributed team of relocation project managers and coordinators, driving project delivery from inception through completion across multiple locations.

You will manage scope, budget, vendor relationships, and risk, while ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills with FM systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading relocation projects and managing multi-location teams.
• Proficient in facilities management systems and move management modules.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Project skills.
• Experience using Corrigo and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience relocating teams of 200+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute relocation project management with multi-site accountability.
• Mentor and manage relocation project managers and coordinators across client portfolio.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, scope, budget, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure adherence to JLL policies, quality plans, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize schedules, costs and risk.
