Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) in Berkeley, MO is seeking Lead Reliability, Maintainability & System Health Systems Engineers (Level 4) to join the SEIT team. The role involves planning, design, development and verification of balanced lifecycle system solutions in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 4+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to lead activities to plan, design, develop and verify highly-complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
• Leads others to evaluate customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program
• Leads analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture. Leads analyses for reliability, maintainability, and systems health to ensure mission success.
• Leads, develops designs and conducts research that results in new requirements management methodologies or result in unique approaches that mitigate assessment/review findings.
• Creates and implements strategic approaches for program and business area decisions.
