Job summary

The Boeing Company seeks a Senior RM&SH Engineer (Level 4) in Berkeley, MO. You will ensure reliability, maintainability, and testability of systems across the project lifecycle and guide design teams to meet safety objectives.

Responsibilities include FM&A analysis, FRACAS, and collaboration with suppliers, plant, and field teams. Travel up to 10% may be required; U.S. Secret clearance is required. Relocation is offered.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and develop an RM&SH engineering program plan to achieve RM&SH objectives.
• Allocate and predict failure rates for components and systems and measure against requirements.
• Develop Reliability Block Diagrams (RBD) to represent relationships and assess overall reliability.
• Perform FMEA to identify and mitigate risk of system failure and support design changes.
• Assess Fault Detection and Fault Isolation metrics for Availability impacts.
• Supervise testing and demonstrations to evaluate reliability factors and maintainability risks.
• Conduct FRACAS to establish root cause, failure trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety policies.
