Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in electric utility, planning, or regulatory work.
• Strong programming and analytic capabilities for complex models.
• Experience with NERC/FERC framework and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission assessment studies including stability and short-circuit analyses.
• Advance regional transmission and resource adequacy assessments.
• Identify emerging reliability risks and communicate trends.
• Provide leadership for technical committees and working groups.
• Represent SERC with NERC and other entities; influence policy and methodology.
• Improve data quality and modeling processes; manage projects.
