Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials in Colonial Heights, VA is seeking a Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor to lead maintenance, improve equipment reliability, and drive data-driven decisions in SAP PM. You will mentor technicians and coordinate planning with production to minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes proactive PM/PdM, backlog management, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration, with responsibility for safety, KPI tracking (MTBF, MTTR), and budgeting. U.S. person requirements apply.

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 10 years industrial manufacturing experience
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with SAP PM, Kronos and Microsoft Office
Experience leading maintenance planning, scheduling, and budget management
Ability to drive a proactive reliability culture and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and PM/PdM program implementation
Lead a team of technicians and supervisors with a focus on safety and reliability
Drive KPI tracking and root-cause analysis for equipment issues
Manage maintenance backlog, material lead times, and shutdown coordination
Own SAP PM data integrity, work orders, and labor hours reporting
