Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor to oversee our Colonial Heights, VA facility. You will lead a team of technicians and supervisors to maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and safety while controlling costs, using data-driven decisions in SAP PM.

You will develop proactive PM/PdM programs, manage the backlog, coordinate planned shutdowns with Production, and drive continuous improvement in asset performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in industrial manufacturing with maintenance leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in SAP Maintenance (PM) and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop career pathways.
• Experience managing maintenance backlog and shutdowns.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to maximize reliability and uptime.
• Develop and enforce preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee backlog, risk-based prioritization, and PM execution.
• Coordinate planned shutdowns with Production and Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis for failures.
