Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor to oversee our Colonial Heights, VA facility. You will lead a team of technicians and supervisors to maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and safety while controlling costs, using data-driven decisions in SAP PM.

You will develop proactive PM/PdM programs, manage the backlog, coordinate planned shutdowns with Production, and drive continuous improvement in asset performance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years in industrial manufacturing with maintenance leadership.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in SAP Maintenance (PM) and data-driven decision making.
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop career pathways.
Experience managing maintenance backlog and shutdowns.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance operations to maximize reliability and uptime.
Develop and enforce preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Oversee backlog, risk-based prioritization, and PM execution.
Coordinate planned shutdowns with Production and Operations.
Drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis for failures.
