Job summary

MP Materials is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to ensure safe, reliable maintenance across our operations. You will develop, coordinate, and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans to support uptime and equipment reliability.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Procurement, and Reliability teams, maintain accurate SAP PM data, and drive schedule adherence and continuous improvement in maintenance planning practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in industrial maintenance planning.
• Experience with SAP PM or similar CMMS/ERP.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.
• Excellent time-management and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Create and prioritize maintenance work orders in SAP PM.
• Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and permits for planned work.
• Monitor KPIs, schedule adherence, and downtime.
• Ensure data integrity for maintenance records in SAP PM.
• Support outage planning and major maintenance activities.
