Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Senior Repair and Overhaul Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at the Orange, TX site. You will direct preventive and predictive programs, manage staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and align maintenance with production objectives.

The role reports to the Director Plant Operations and operates on-site. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance with supervisory experience and CMMS expertise, plus strong knowledge

Formación

• Requires 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems.
• Experience with CMMS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to maintenance technicians and supervisors.
• Develop and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance work to minimize equipment downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for reliability improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement and capital improvement projects.
