Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering or relevant scientific discipline.
- 10+ years of manufacturing related experience.
- Experience in Engineering, Operations, Lean Manufacturing, and Maintenance.
- Proven ability to organize and lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance and reliability strategic leadership for site processes and teams.
- Lead reliability strategy development and execution, including transformation plans.
- Ensure safety, quality, OEE improvements, and cost reduction through best practices.
- Govern reliability processes and drive continuous improvement across the plant.
