Kimberly-Clark Corporation seeks a Reliability Manager to lead plant-wide maintenance and reliability strategy, driving world-class asset performance and cost reduction. You will partner with KCNA Reliability Team, Central Stores, and Operations & Engineering to deliver the transformation plan.

This role requires 10+ years in manufacturing with a strong background in Engineering, Operations, Lean Manufacturing, and Maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering or relevant scientific discipline; 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Significant experience in Engineering, Operations, Lean Manufacturing, and Maintenance.
• Ability to organize and lead a multi-functional team and foster a proactive team environment.
• Experience with Kimberly-Clark procedures, Lean manufacturing practices, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Safety: implement loss control and maintain safety systems across the organization.
• Quality: support process capability improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• People: lead and develop the plant Stores and Reliability team, managing resources and career guidance.
• Delivery/Cost: drive asset performance, reduce maintenance costs, and ensure ROI on reliability investments.
