Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of electrical assets and supporting processes in a fast-paced consumer product environment. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

You will work across teams to drive efficiency, mentor others, lead major initiatives, and ensure on-site operations meet performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 3+ years industrial experience in electrical/operational roles in high-speed consumer product manufacturing.
  • Experience with PLCs, motor drives, HMI, DCS, instrumentation, and power distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver equipment and processes that meet safety requirements, policies, and guidelines.
  • Provide for the safety and well-being of operators, maintenance, and other personnel.
  • Lead major initiatives to improve asset performance and reliability; identify cost-saving opportunities and manage asset budgets.
  • Develop knowledge and skills in leadership of engineering principles, LEAN, and project management.
  • Support training plans for electrical resources and assist in obsolescence planning.
