Job summary

GE Vernova Operations LLC in the United States seeks a Technical Leader for MYA Systems Reliability to lead risk modeling for fielded gas turbine products and NPI programs.

You will mentor reliability engineers, collaborate across engineering and product teams, and deliver RAM-focused analyses to support service commitments and fleet optimization. This is a senior, technical role emphasizing cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 8 years engineering experience in turbomachinery, design, analytics, or power plant domain.
• Advanced Engineering degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling techniques and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support of MYA Engineering team with unplanned outage risk, fallout, and damage accumulation models.
• Research field events and build predictive models using Weibull methods and other statistical tools.
• Own advancement of component reliability modeling methods including gas capital and non-gas capital hardware.
• Mentor reliability engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategy and priorities.
• Deliver RAM-focused analyses to support contractual RAM guarantees and fleet level insights.
