Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Reliability Engineer Sr to develop and deliver Reliability & Maintainability analyses and related maintenance concepts for assigned programs within the IAMD Strategic Initiatives Line of Business.

You will drive RAM predictions, participate in design reviews, and present technical updates to leadership and customer representatives. The role includes staff coaching, talent development, and participation in proposal activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering/technology preferred.
Strong technical background with professional engineering experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Development and maintenance of RAM/maintainability analyses and products (RBD/MBD, FMEA/FMECA, FRACAS, MTTR).
Develop RAM predictions and MIL-HDBK-217 compliant analyses.
Drive program requirements related to Reliability, Testability and Maintainability.
Present status updates to leadership and customers; support manpower planning and talent development.
