REGENT is redefining coastal transit with Seagliders, a wing-in-ground-effect vehicle designed for fast, affordable transport. The Senior RAM Engineer will build RAM from the ground up, integrating reliability data, FMECA/FMEA analyses, and maintenance strategies with certification and manufacturing teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across engineering, certification, and quality, driving root-cause investigations and scalable RAM processes as production ramps.

Qualifications

• RAM engineering experience in safety-critical, regulated settings.
• Hands-on maintenance program development using MSG-3 or RCM.
• Experience with reliability methods: FMECA, FMEA, Weibull analysis.
• FRACAS experience including trend analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Familiarity with ARP4761/ARP4754A and certification processes.

Responsabilités

• Build the RAM program with reliability predictions and maintenance planning.
• Develop maintenance program and supporting documentation per MSG-3/RCM.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Certification, Quality, and Manufacturing.
