Job summary

GE Vernova in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Technical Leader for MYA Systems Reliability to lead risk modeling for fielded gas turbine products and NPI programs.

You will guide RAM analyses, mentor engineers, and work across Systems Engineering, Product Service, and Product Line Management to deliver reliable, available equipment.

This senior role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional leadership, and experience in probabilistic methods and RAMDeck/MINI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 8 years engineering experience in turbomachinery, design, analytics, or power plant.
• Advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead unplanned outage risk and damage accumulation modeling for MYA Engineering team.
• Develop component-level lifing models (Weibull, Lognormal) and system predictions.
• Own prioritization and final review of modeling projects.
• Mentor reliability engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Define data needs to improve deliverables and enable new capabilities.
