REGENT seeks a Senior RAM Engineer to build the RAM program for Viceroy, delivering reliability predictions, FMECA, and a MSG-3/RCM-based maintenance framework. You will drive FRACAS processes and serve as the link between engineering, certification, quality, and manufacturing.

You’ll collaborate across disciplines to ensure producible, inspectable designs and feed field failure data back into the certification basis, enabling scalable RAM across production ramp.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated RAM engineering experience for safety-critical systems in regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience developing scheduled maintenance programs (MSG-3/RCM).
• Strong background in RAM methods: reliability prediction, FMECA, FMEA, Weibull.
• FRACAS experience and data-driven improvement.
• Familiarity with safety/certification frameworks (ARP4761/ARP4754A).
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, certification, quality, and manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Build the RAM program with reliability predictions, FMECA, and maintenance foundations.
• Develop Viceroy's scheduled maintenance program using MSG-3/RCM.
• Coordinate RAM outputs with Systems Engineering and Certification.
• Serve as a bridge between Systems Engineering/Certification and Quality/Manufacturing.
• Lead root-cause analysis and FRACAS-style investigations.
• Stand up tools and processes to scale RAM during production ramp.
