Responsibilities

• Identifies, plans, and implements predictive and preventive maintenance programs for generating assets.
• Makes recommendations on equipment replacement and cost estimates for repairs.
• Makes recommendations to develop or change equipment standards and improvements.
• Conducts reliability studies and analyzes equipment for future projects.
• Provides technical support to maintenance and reliability staff and mentors others.
• Maintains maintenance backlog database and accurate equipment records.
• Collaborates with engineering to develop standards incorporating predictive maintenance.
