Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager of Reliability to lead site-level reliability programs across a global manufacturing and distribution network. You will translate policy into actionable site programs, own reliability deliverables, and guide maintenance teams through structured improvement initiatives.

You will manage multiple concurrent projects, develop KPI reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen asset intelligence across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in reliability/maintenance/asset management in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with condition monitoring technologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments using ERA framework.
• Develop PM optimization plans using RCM and condition data.
• Lead condition monitoring program deployment (vibration, oil, thermography, ultrasound).
• Execute Tribo Program: Tribo Scorecard, lubrication plans, tribology SMEs.
• Conduct RCFA investigations and close corrective actions.
• Build and maintain failure mode libraries in CMMS.
