Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability to lead field-level reliability programs across manufacturing sites and distribution centers within the global network.

You will translate policy requirements into site-level programs, lead RCFA investigations, and drive PM optimization, condition monitoring, and KPI reporting with cross-functional teams. Based in a remote-capable role, you will travel domestically and internationally as needed, reporting to the Director, Global Reliability in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
7+ years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with condition monitoring technologies (vibration, oil, thermography).
Experience with CMMS platforms for asset management and PM planning.

Responsibilities

Execute site-level reliability assessments and PM optimization plans.
Lead condition monitoring program deployment at assigned sites.
Conduct RCFA investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
Manage fleet-level maintenance data and reliability KPI reporting.
Coach and develop site reliability engineers and maintenance teams.
