Job summary

Aegis Manufacturing & Engineering is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement in our industrial facility. You will develop reliability strategies and lead maintenance optimization.

Responsibilities include managing predictive and preventive maintenance (vibration, oil analysis, infrared thermography), leading RCFA investigations, prioritizing repairs, and supporting shutdowns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical reliability within industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, and infrared thermography.
• Knowledge of safety and process safety requirements.
• Familiarity with RCFA, RCMM, or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability strategies in collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams.
• Manage predictive and preventive maintenance programs (vibration, oil analysis, infrared thermography).
• Provide technical support to troubleshoot equipment issues and develop effective solutions.
• Lead root cause failure analysis investigations to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
• Support shutdown planning and major maintenance activities and drive improvements in asset performance.
