Consolidated Asset Management Services, LLC (CAMS) is seeking a Predictive Maintenance / Reliability Engineer to improve reliability, availability, and performance of plant equipment at a coal-fired power facility. You will drive predictive maintenance, RCFA investigations, and asset-management strategies in collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Plant Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, reliability, or industrial engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years in engineering or maintenance experience in Fossil fuel power generation, or Electric utility industry.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain reliability programs for critical plant equipment.
• Analyze equipment performance trends and identify opportunities to improve reliability and availability.
• Establish equipment criticality rankings and maintenance strategies.
• Support long-term asset management plans for major plant systems.
• Monitor key work management metrics for PM compliance.
• Manage and coordinate predictive maintenance technologies like vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil and lubricant analysis, ultrasonic testing, motor circuit analysis and online condition monitoring systems.
• Lead root cause investigations for equipment failures using RCFA, Cause Mapping, FTA, FMEA, and RCM.
• Provide reliability support for major plant equipment including boiler systems, turbine generator systems, and balance of plant equipment.
• Analyze equipment operating data using CMMS, historian, and plant monitoring systems; develop predictive models and dashboards.
• Track reliability KPIs and create monthly performance reports; support outage planning through equipment condition assessments.
• Review preventive maintenance tasks and optimize maintenance frequencies; identify opportunities to reduce maintenance costs while maintaining reliability.
• Promote safety and regulatory compliance across maintenance activities.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Reliability, or Industrial Engineering or related Engineering fields.
