Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a senior reliability professional to advance precision maintenance and reliability culture. You will lead RCA/FTAs, apply FMEA/RCM, and guide predictive maintenance strategies across maintenance teams to improve uptime and throughput in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires advanced analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication to drive KPI alignment with customers and leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ABET accredited) or equivalent experience in heavy industrial maintenance, reliability, or operations.
Minimum of five years of reliability experience.
Proficient in RCA, FMEA, RCM, and predictive technologies.
Mastery of predictive technology and machine health monitoring.
Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
Proficient with maintenance systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal communication, facilitation and technical writing abilities.
Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Promotes and adheres to ATS safety culture.
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and ATS policies.
Partners with internal/external customers for engineered solutions to improve reliability and throughput.
Identifies opportunities for Capital Expenditures for equipment replacement with ROI communication.
Champions operating systems, critical elements, and best practices for precision reliability.
Collaborates with maintenance on predictive, preventive, and precision maintenance strategies.
Performs RCA, Fault Tree Analysis, and Bad Actor analysis; mentors others.
Aligns ATS/Customer KPIs with leadership.
